1. Introduction

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

13. Termination

Upon termination for breach or fraud, fa7777 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Legitimate account balances will be returned to you via your verified payment method following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to fa7777.

You may close your account at any time by contacting fa7777 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure, after deducting applicable bonus balances subject to wagering requirements, will be refunded to your verified payment method.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
